Gescons (An ISO 9001:2015 certified company) was established in 1961 by a group of visionary technocrats in Kolkata, with a mission to deliver precision-engineered aluminium castings to India’s growing industrial sector. In its early years, the company supplied in-house cast and machined aluminium components to leading fan manufacturers, electric motor producers, and a prominent American typewriter brand.
By the 1970s, Gescons pioneered the indigenous production of large and complex aluminium castings for the power generation sector—components that were previously imported. These import-substitute products earned us national recognition and multiple Certificates of Excellence for quality and innovation.
Today, Gescons operates three advanced manufacturing units, each integrated with modern foundry systems, tilting Gravity Die Casting (GDC) machines, in-house VMC/CNC machining centers, and heat treatment setups. Our comprehensive testing infrastructure includes helium leak detection, hydraulic pressure testing, ultrasonic inspection, spectrometry, and surface roughness measurement.

Mr. Partha Sarathi Dey

Mr. Partha Sarathi Dey is the overall head of Gescons, serving as the Head of All Departments and the company’s key decision maker. His decisive leadership, deep technical expertise, and commitment to uncompromising quality have been pivotal in shaping Gescons into a trusted name in precision aluminium gravity die casting. Under his direction, the company has expanded its capabilities, modernized its facilities, and built a reputation for reliability, performance, and long-term client partnerships.
Mr. Soumalya Dey
Director – Operations, Quality & Procurement
With strong technical acumen and hands-on leadership, Mr. Soumalya Dey plays a key role in modernizing Gescons’ production systems. He manages day-to-day operations, quality control, procurement, and accounts — ensuring smooth coordination across manufacturing and supply chain functions. His focus on lean manufacturing, cost efficiency, and precision has reinforced Gescons’ reputation for delivering high-quality aluminium castings with reliability and consistency. By overseeing both operational and commercial aspects, he ensures that the company runs with efficiency, transparency, and customer focus.
Mr. Souharda Dey
Director – Strategy, Business Development & Production
As the third-generation leader, Mr. Souharda Dey is driving Gescons into the future with a focus on digital transformation, export growth, and strategic partnerships. In addition to leading marketing, client acquisition, automation, and infrastructure upgrades, he also oversees production activities to ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery.
